Hover Vehicles

Hover vehicles generate a cushion of air beneath the craft, allowing travel over a variety of terrain types. Hovercraft are generally unwieldy, but they are used on many primitive worlds and are sometimes employed for specific military applications.

They are also used on planets with unusual gravitational fluctuations or other environmental quirks that interfere with repulsorlift operation.
