Clan-carved ritual knife

When a rite explicitly requires an offering cut or marked circle, this knife qualifies; at a prepared locus the GM may reduce the listed difficulty one step once every 10 minutes at that locus. If the knife bears a keyed bead (made at crafting), it can count as a weak token for when presented; otherwise it is not a token.
