Mekuun High-Altitude Entry Transport HAET-221

The High-Altitude Entry Transport-221 (HAET-221), was a class of dropship that was used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars and subsequently by the Galactic Empire. The HAET-221 was often deployed from cruisers in orbit and descend towards the surface at a fast velocity. When it arrived over an area, it deployed its five passengers and then circled the area. Several were used in the aftermath of the Battle of Utapau to support the Republic 7th Sky Corps. During the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance utilized HAET-221s that it had discovered.
