Jet Pack Operation

This skill represents a character’s skill at using jet packs atmosphere and mixing it with regulated amounts of fuel, they can only be operated within atmospheres. Characters with jet pack operation gain no bonuses when operating “rocket packs,” which use the rocket pack operation skill. Jet pack operation can be used as a “reaction skill” to avoid enemy fire.
