Background
Rook Kast was a female Mandalorian warrior who led the Shadow Collective’s super commandos during the Clone Wars. After the Sith imprisoned Maul, the leader of the Shadow Collective, on Stygeon Prime, Kast and her fellow commando Gar Saxon freed him and took him to a Shadow Collective base on Zanbar. However, they were tracked by the Confederacy of Independent Systems and had to flee to Ord Mantell, where they successfully repelled a Separatist attack. Kast and Maul then captured the Droid Army General Grievous in orbit, while Maul’s ground forces captured the Separatist leader, Count Dooku.
