Background
Caitken was a Mon Calamari male who, along with fellow Mon Calamari Shollan, served as an aide to Admiral Raddus in the Alliance to Restore the Republic. In 0 BBY, the trio was present at a meeting on whether or not the Alliance High Command should authorize an attack on the world of Scarif to steal the plans to the Galactic Empire’s rumored superweapon, the Death Star. When the mission was carried out by a rogue group of rebels, Caitken, along with Shollan and Raddus, boarded the admiral’s flagship, the Profundity, to join the group at Scarif.
