Beeva was an individual who served as a senator during the reign of the Galactic Empire. In 4 BBY, he attended the wedding of Leida Mothma, and Stekan Sculdun along with his wife. When the couple arrived at the Mothma Estate on the planet Chandrila, Mon Mothma greeted the senator as she walked past the couple. Beeva greeted her back with a nod. Beeva had dark skin and brown eyes. When they arrived at the estate they were wearing a light purple outfit with a matching hat and cloak fastened by a gold loop.
