This power targets the psychological vulnerabilities of a target and uses a powerful wave of the Dark Side to fill them with a paralyzing fear. In game terms, the Force user can so fill them with fear that it will limit how many actions they may take on the target's next turn. The limit is dependent on how much the Force user's roll beats the target's opposed roll.
